Payment in full is required to secure all appointments. An appointment is not confirmed until payment has been received.

Requests for additional fingerprint cards or services beyond the original booking will be billed accordingly and must be satisfied prior to completion of service.

We reserve the right to adjust invoices to reflect additional services rendered at the time of appointment.
